MProz Consulting Group is a private, independent consultancy. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or an official representative of the Embassy of Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), or any government agency.

MProz Consulting Group (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates this website (the “Site”) to provide information about our Saudi work visa documentation support service. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit the Site, submit a contact form, or interact with our digital advertisements, including campaigns run through Google Ads. 1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when requesting information about work visa documentation support, plus limited technical data collected automatically.

This includes:

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number.
  • Enquiry details: the support you are asking about and any notes you provide about your situation.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, approximate location (city-level), referring page, and on-site behaviour, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

We do not ask for or knowingly collect passport numbers, national ID numbers, or other sensitive identification details through this website’s contact form, and we ask that you do not include them. Documents are only requested and exchanged once an engagement has begun, through direct, individually arranged secure channels.

2. Advertising, Cookies & Remarketing

We use the following tracking technologies to run and measure our advertising:

  • Google Ads conversion tracking: cookies that let us see when a click on one of our ads led to a form submission or call, so we know which campaigns work.
  • Google Ads remarketing: Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to show you our ads on other websites you visit after you have been to our Site. This is based on your prior visits to our Site, not on any information you submitted to us.
  • Google Analytics: to understand aggregate site traffic and improve the Site’s performance and content.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. You can opt out of Google’s use of advertising cookies by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of personalised advertising more broadly via the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page. Opting out will not stop advertising generally, only personalisation of the ads you see.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and provide the consultancy quote or advisory information you requested;
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate the documentation you have engaged us for;
  • Measure and improve the performance of our website and ad campaigns;
  • Meet our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations in the UAE.

We do not use your information for recruitment, job placement, or job matching, and we do not pass your details to employers or recruiters for hiring purposes.

4. How We Share Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations — for example, secure file storage or email providers;
  • With Google, in the limited, pseudonymous form needed to operate the conversion tracking and remarketing described in Section 2;
  • Where required by United Arab Emirates law, regulation, or a valid legal request from a competent authority.

5. Data Retention

We keep enquiry and contact data for as long as needed to respond to you and, where an engagement proceeds, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Analytics and advertising cookies expire automatically per the durations in the table above.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what personal data we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate data;
  • Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons;
  • Stop using your data for marketing communications — you can also unsubscribe directly from any email we send.

To exercise any of these, email info@mprozconsultinggroup.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including restricted access to enquiry data and secure handling of documents once an engagement begins. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Visitors

Our office and primary operations are based in Dubai, UAE, and your information may be processed there. If you are visiting from outside the UAE, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the UAE, and by service providers such as Google that may process data internationally.

9. Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to external sites, including official government portals. We hold no responsibility for the privacy practices of third-party domains — please review their own policies before sharing information with them.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
