1. Our Role

MProz Consulting Group is a private advisory firm. We assist clients with document preparation, requirement review, travel coordination, and business setup guidance related to Saudi Arabia. We do not issue visas, permits, attestations, or any government-authorised document — final approval rests solely with the relevant government authority.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over, or for a parent/guardian acting on behalf of a minor as part of a family travel arrangement. By submitting an enquiry, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it (for example, on behalf of your employer or family members).

3. Services & Fees

All services are provided for a professional consultancy fee, which is quoted and agreed with the client before any work begins. Our fee covers advisory time, document preparation, and coordination — it is separate from any statutory government fee, embassy charge, or third-party cost (such as hotel or transport bookings), which the client pays directly or which is itemised separately and passed through at cost.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Because final decisions on visas, permits, attestations, and approvals rest with government authorities outside our control, we cannot and do not guarantee approval, processing timelines, or outcomes of any kind. We commit to preparing and submitting documentation accurately and to the best of our professional expertise.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation.
  • Respond promptly to requests for additional documents or clarification.
  • Review all prepared documents before submission and flag any errors immediately.
  • Comply with the laws and entry requirements of Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a requested service before work begins for a full refund of any consultancy fee paid. Once work has started, consultancy fees cover the work performed up to the point of cancellation and are non-refundable beyond that point. Any statutory government fees or third-party costs already paid on your behalf are non-refundable once submitted to the relevant authority or vendor.

7. Website Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false information through our contact form, attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, or use automated tools to scrape or harvest content from the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and layout — is owned by or licensed to MProz Consulting Group and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

MProz Consulting Group is not liable for delays, rejections, cancellations, or changes in government policy that are outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the professional consultancy fee paid for the specific service in question.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MProz Consulting Group against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from inaccurate information you provide, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
