We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or an official representative of the Embassy of Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), or any government agency. We provide document preparation, advisory, and facilitation assistance for a professional service fee. Official visas and permits can be applied for directly through official government portals or embassies.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”) and the Saudi work visa documentation support service offered by MProz Consulting Group (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

MProz Consulting Group is a private advisory firm. We assist clients with preparing, reviewing, and organising documentation for employment-related travel to Saudi Arabia. We do not issue visas, work permits, attestations, or any government-authorised document — final decisions rest solely with the relevant government authority.
Depending on the scope agreed with you, our work visa documentation support may include a document collection checklist, a readiness and accuracy review, formatting and specification checks, guidance on routing certificates through the correct attestation process, help coordinating paperwork with your employer or sponsor, and assistance with the logistics of submission through the correct channel. The exact scope is confirmed with you before work begins.
Our service is intended for individuals aged 18 and over, and for employers or their representatives arranging documentation for their staff. By submitting an enquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it.
Our service is provided for a professional consultancy fee, quoted and agreed with you before any work begins. The fee covers advisory time, document review and preparation, and coordination. It is separate from any statutory government fee, portal fee, attestation charge, or other third-party cost, which you pay directly or which is itemised separately and passed through at cost.
Final decisions on visas, work permits, and attestations rest with government authorities and employers outside our control. We cannot and do not guarantee approval, processing timelines, or outcomes of any kind. We commit to preparing and reviewing documentation accurately and to the best of our professional expertise.
Some documents can only be issued by your employer, sponsor, or a government body. We can help you organise and follow up on these, but we cannot produce them on your behalf, and delays in receiving them are outside our control.
You may cancel before work begins for a full refund of any consultancy fee paid. Once work has started, the consultancy fee covers the work performed up to the point of cancellation and is non-refundable beyond that point. Any statutory government fees or third-party costs already paid on your behalf are non-refundable once submitted to the relevant authority or vendor.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false information through our contact form, interfere with the Site’s operation, or use automated tools to scrape or harvest content from the Site.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and layout — is owned by or licensed to MProz Consulting Group and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written consent.
MProz Consulting Group is not liable for delays, rejections, cancellations, or changes in government or employer policy outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the professional consultancy fee paid for the specific service in question.
You agree to indemnify MProz Consulting Group against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from inaccurate or misleading information or documents you provide, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision, and continued use of the Site or our services constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
